This 4-story traditional Regency townhouse is located in Leamington Spa.

The two main rooms in this spacious townhouse required two contrasting designs. The impressive dining room, complete with grand piano, needed to be dramatic and luxurious. However, across the hall in the living room a brighter, softer atmosphere was desired. Saal Design assisted in the supply of wallpaper, paint, furniture and lighting. The initial design for this project was 10 years ago, with some updates to the dining room being made recently.
