LOGISTICS & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

We’re expanding our team and looking for someone with project experience! We’re after an authentic, positive, organised person who is self-motivated and keen to be part of a fun small team, including Marlowe - the office cocker spaniel!

TERMS

Contract: 25 hours per week  (ideal for anyone seeking a 5 hour work day)
Salary: £21,300 per annum pro rata
Start date: 1st July, 2019

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling phones and emails

  • Diary management

  • General admin duties: helping with filing and organization of paperwork

  • Liaising with tradesmen and sub-contractors

  • Assisting with quotations and issuing invoices and statements to clients

  • Assisting with the general upkeep of our samples/price list library

  • Handling deliveries

SKILLS

Must have excellent communication, logistics and time management skills. 

A background in the building industry and coordinating tradesmen would be helpful.

Mentor/Leadership capability desirable.

We use Apple Macs so a knowledge of the Numbers, Keynote and Pages applications would be very useful.

Estimac (training can be given)

Hubspot CRM - used to record all communications (training can be given)

monday.com -  team management software (training can be given)

Quickbooks Accounting Software knowledge would be useful but not essential.

The environment at Saal Design is relaxed, open and friendly. We’re a team and all our work is a collaborative process. We believe in transparency, openness and vulnerability. It’s very much encouraged to continuously ask questions and admit mistakes. It is crucial in a creative space to always be sharing, learning and supporting each others growth. We work very hard here but we also like to have fun - we absolutely don’t want working at Saal to feel like a ‘job’!
